The birth of Jesus as told in the gospel of John is quite unique.  There’s no mention of the shepherds, the angels or the wise men.  Neither is there mention of Mary or Joseph or Bethlehem.  John’s gospel goes straight to the point:  The Word became flesh.  This message will consider this important truth.
